Delivery and Returns

Alternatively, we offer a flat rate of £4.00 for any items that need to be shipped. 

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days, however in busier times that may extend to 5 working days. 

We are currently unable to offer international shipping. 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item within 28 days of purchase, simply email us on: info@cooksgalleyltd.co.uk to authorise a return, then arrange for your return shipping and pay the associated costs for any unused item/s.

All goods will be inspected on return to ensure items are unused and in a resalable condition.The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure it’s packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Returned items should include tags and any packaging to ensure a refund is given. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not issue a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us.
