1. I don't see what I'm looking for?
Don't panic! We're still new to this game, and although we've been working hard to try and get as much as possible onto our online store, there's still lots which isn't listed. Feel free to phone us on: 01873854060 or email us: email@example.com to ask if we stock it.
2. Am I able to return something if I don't like it or want it?
Absolutely! We want you to be happy with your purchase, please see our return policy here to find out more.
3. What credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept payments from all major cards, such as Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, as well as American Express. You can also pay through PayPal.
4. Can I use a gift voucher I have online?
Unfortunately not yet...We're hoping this will be an option soon!
5. Can I return an item that I've bought on your website; in store?
Absolutely, please bring in proof of purchase along with your item and we can sort out an exchange or refund for you. Please note, you have 28 days for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
